As part of the group’s digital transformation, First Advantage announced on September 1st, 2022 the opening of a new office in Krakow, Poland, in the heart of downtown at High Five Office (ul. Pawia 9).

First Advantage is one of the largest screening providers in the world. It offers comprehensive background screening solutions to over 30 000 clients across the world, including renown multinationals such as Amazon or IKEA.

Designed as a center of excellence for engineering, the Krakow hub will be composed of several scrum teams of engineers working on a high-volume, security intensive SaaS platforms. The hub’s main technology will be JavaScript, with roles such as Frontend Engineers (Angular), Backend Engineers (Node.js), Full-Stack Engineers (Node.js), QA Automation Engineers, Data Architects, Scrum Masters and Project Managers.

The hub will also host other functions such as screening and customer care specialists, with a focus on multilingual support (English + Polish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Romanian, Russian, or Hungarian).
